Shipping Policy

*Please be advised, once a package leaves our doors and is in the hands of the shipment carrier, we have no control over it. If a package arrives late or damaged, please attempt to resolve with the shipper (USPS, UPS, or DHL) and/or file a claim with our package insurance partner, Route if you chose this option at checkout.*

Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed within 2 days (unless otherwise specified). We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. Shipments are handled Monday-Friday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.

Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is available within the US on all clothing orders over $50 USD and available internationally on all clothing orders over $100 USD of Splice Clothing stocked items.

Orders with free shipping will ship via the lowest cost carrier and shipping method available. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date or to ship with a specific carrier, please choose that option and pay the associated fee.

Most orders shipped within the U.S. arrive in less than 1 week. Orders shipped internationally can take 1-3 weeks to arrive. 

If you paid to have your order expedited and it arrived late on account of the shipment carrier, please file a claim with that shipment carrier. We are not responsible for reimbursing your shipping cost (unless we are responsible for the delay). Please note it could take up to 2 days to process and ship your order from the time you place it.

We have negotiated that most of our Partner Product vendors offer free shipping within the U.S., however because we do not stock the products ourselves, we cannot offer free shipping on all Partner Product orders that will be shipped internationally. The Partner Product descriptions will indicate if an extra shipping fee will be required to ship your order internationally.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Route Package Protection

If you purchased Route Package Protection and believe your order to be lost or stolen, please refer to https://claims.route.com/ to file a claim. If you did not purchase Route Package Protection and your order was shipped and then lost by the shipment carrier or stolen after delivery, there is no guarantee we are able to replace your item. We are an extremely small business and we ask that you protect your shipped items by purchasing the insurance. Thank you.

Damages

Splice Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we mostly ship Internationally to Canada and Australia and some other countries on a case by case basis. Please contact Customer Service at help@spliceclothing.com to find out if we can ship to your country and the steps necessary to do so. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Splice Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tarriff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
