Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 days (unless otherwise specified). We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. Shipments are handled Monday-Friday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Throughout the year, various shipping discounts will be offered and either automatically displayed at checkout or available upon use of a discount code.
Shipping is typically available worldwide on all orders over $50 USD of SPLICE clothing stocked items. We have negotiated that most of our Partner Product vendors offer free shipping within the U.S., however because we do not stock the products ourselves, we cannot offer free shipping on all Partner Product orders that will be shipped internationally. The Partner Product descriptions will indicate if an extra shipping fee will be required to ship your order internationally.
Shipping Confirmation and order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
SPLICE clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SPLICE clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Customer Service at email@example.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, we mostly ship Internationally to Canada and Australia and some other countries on a case by case basis.
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if we can ship to your country and the steps necessary to do so. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tarriff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
