SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days with the exception of pre-sale orders. During our pre-sale, orders can be placed and will be shipped once they become available in March-April 2020. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped. Shipments are handled Monday-Friday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there will be a delay in shipping, we will notify you by email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

**Any orders placed during pre-sale from January 3-January 19, 2020 will include free domestic US shipping or personal delivery service (personal delivery service for Las Vegas and surrounding areas only).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight. Good thing everything is lightweight!

Throughout the year, various shipping discounts will be offered and either automatically displayed at checkout or available upon use of a discount code.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

SPLICE clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SPLICE clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Customer Service at help@spliceclothing.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship Internationally on a case by case basis. We are working on a set International Shipping Policy for select countries.

Please contact Customer Service at help@spliceclothing.com to find out if we can ship to your country and the steps necessary to do so. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tarriff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
