Easy Domestic Returns

We hope all of our customers love their Splice Clothing, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your clothing purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it to us for a full refund and free return shipping for orders within the US. Easy right?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, still have the tags and size label attached, and you must be able to provide an order number or email address/receipt associated with the original sale. We do not accept returns from retail stores, Poshmark, or sites other than www.spliceclothing.com. Thank you for understanding.

Please note, at this time we are only able to accept clothing returns. Partner Products are not able to be returned or refunded.

To return your item(s), follow these steps:

  1. Repackage your product(s).
  2. Fill out the Exchange & Return Request form.
  3. We'll email you back with a return label.
  4. Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase, making sure to cover up the original shipping label if you are re-using it, and tape closed.
  5. Drop off at your nearest post office.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to process once the return is received by our warehouse. You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method.

After 30 days, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately.

 

Easy Domestic Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No worries. You also have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your product with free return shipping for orders within the U.S. The price to ship your new item will be dependent on current promotions (i.e. if free shipping is being offered currently).

With that said, please read sizing charts and reviews prior to your purchase to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

We are not able to exchange items that were purchased at a retail store, on Poshmark, or on other sites besides www.spliceclothing.com.

Please note, at this time Partner Product exchanges are on a case by case basis. Please email help@spliceclothing.com to discuss your circumstance.

International Returns & Exchanges

If your order is shipped to a location outside of the US, and you would like to return or exchange your item(s), you are responsible for paying the return shipping charges to have it shipped back to us. If it is an exchange, you will also have to cover the cost to ship the new item to you.

If the item(s) are returned without the tags attached or appear to have been worn, we are unable to issue a refund.
